She truly went above my expectations to quell my concerns after being very unsure leaving two ER visits. She spent quite a long time listening to my issues and what had happened up to that point. She gave me concrete medical advice that made me feel confident in her knowledge and course of treatment. She scheduled a follow-up to ensure things were moving in the direction.

My request to refill my anxiety medication was summarily dismissed, and alternatives were suggested without any inquiry into the causes of my increased anxiety. I left after less than 10 min. My blood pressure was high - no mention, my mammogram is over due - no mention. I told her my work was stressful and she didn't even ask what I did or where I worked. I was very disappointed with the quality of care I received.

Hilary was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She cared about my emotional and mental health along with my physical and that meant a lot. I also felt heard on my concerns and she provided me suggestions of things to do but didn't make me feel pressured.
