I love her! What sets her apart, not just from other counselors, but from professionals in general, is that she has a personality and is funny, yet she can easily segue into the more serious side of why I'm there. She is professional and relatable, and her office is private, cozy, and modern. Definitely recommend.

I got mad about something she said awhile back.. blew up on her and walked out. She reached out a week after to see if I wanted to talk and I didn't. Months went by and I did want to go back in but I the more time that went by the more stupid I felt. I tried other counselors but just wasn't able to connect... they were just to stone faced and impersonal. Finally I got the cojones to go back in and I'm glad I did. She apologized for the misunderstanding but if I'm honest, it was all on me because I didn't want to hear the truth before. I really feel like she gets me and am glad she is so understanding.

As a trans male who had not come out to anyone (except my partner), I was very nervous about starting counseling. I knew I needed to but at the same time was terrified. I broke down with in the first five minutes of talking and Holli assured me it was normal. I felt very comfortable with her immediately and went from "questioning" to "knowing" to "accepting." Although counselors are supposed to just be a sounding board, I really feel that Holli cares about me and what is happening in my life.

I really like her approach, direct but respectful at the same time. No longer feeling depressed! Still check in once monthly though because I enjoy the perspective.

Holli is a very straightforward counselor. Sometimes it's difficult to hear her feedback at times, but I also know that she has my best interest in mind and that is what I'm there for. She doesn't waste time focusing on trivial things and she seems to have a genuine interest in helping. My issue was fairly brief in nature, but I would return to her again in the future.

It was very easy to connect with her. She is understanding and does not judge. I would definitely recommend seeing her if you can get in.
