Top tier therapist and environment
Life changing. Speaking with holly and learning from her all the ways I can better and understand myself, and realizing how common our everyday ailments are has sent my healing journey into a new paradigm of self love and understanding. Her honestly and facts and reasonings for all emotions the average person goes through makes you feel so heard and with each session makes it easier to dive deep into your trauma. I am no long embarrassed and afraid to talk about or revisit past traumas and experiences because I understand that it’s not my fault I was dealt the cards I got and can overcome any obstacles. Being support whole heartedly has changed every part of my life and I will be forever grateful to holly.
