Holly is an excellent PCP. She always takes plenty of time with me.

I would not recommend Holly Downing to anyone, based on my experience. She did not take my concerns seriously and told me that I was “probably fine” without doing any actual imaging or testing. I had to insist (really, argue with her) on getting the imaging, testing, and referrals done that I needed. She wrote things in her chart notes that we had actually NOT discussed at all (“discussed _____” “recommended ______” without ever actually mentioning these things to me). She did not look at the results of my tests until I actually called and asked for the results (up to a week after the results were actually ready for her to look at). And when she “shared” the results with me, she never gave me specifics or uploaded the specific numbers to my portal. She simply said that she did not think they were concerning. She also referred me to the wrong specialist (GI when I needed to be referred to a general surgeon).
