Holly only seemed interested in prescribing medication's and not getting to the root or cause of the problem simply telling me that I have high blood pressure and that it could be genetic and some people just get it. I'm an athletic person who works out twice a day and eats healthy so I figure there might be an additional underlying cause which is why I asked for additional blood work, which was denied to me.

Not that my comments will make any difference, but you cannot diagnose thyroid conditions when you refuse to run an entire thyroid panel and only look at tsh and don't take into consideration that there are medications out there that actually suppress the TSH levels. I've been dealing with this for over a decade with your office, which is why I got a separate doctor. You are doing your patients a huge disservice.

The staff at pro health on Clark Avenue in Bristol Connecticut is always so pleasant and very helpful. I always look forward to seeing them every time. Dr Scappaticci and Dr Fitzgerald are both great doctors and I feel lucky to have them.

I have been cared for by Holly for maybe four - five years now. She is excellent. It’s some of the staff that never return your call with your results, you can’t get through, you get hung up on, you don’t get answers. I understand I am not the only patient but we’re there for a reason and we want answers and sometimes we have to be the one to chase people down, in fact actually just showing up in the office to ask for paperwork. Holly however is very caring and never rushes you out.

I really love this APRN but the staff in the office is so incompetent that she never gets my messages and I cannot even get the results of my blood work. I am going to be forced to find another primary care doctor.
