Dr. Hongyan Yang, PHD

I was very lucky to meet Dr. Yang because her acupuncture treatments really helped me -- both in terms of my skin and my overall wellbeing. I had a skin issue that did not respond to other treatments and she was able to help me in the course of just a few treatments. I noticed other health improvements too. She really knows the human body and is very careful and sensitive when she does the treatments.

I had severe ringing in my ears. I have had it since I was a military helicopter pilot. She has been able to largely stop the ringing after only two months. I had loss of cartilage and rheumatoid arthritis in my knee. Again, after only a half dozen treatments the pain is gone. She has degrees in many medical disciplines including Eastern and Western medicine. She is also a scientist and directed research on infections disease at NIH. Its difficult to find an excellent acupuncturist and once you find one you never let them go.

Long standing back pain.

I started seeing Dr. Yang since June 2020 for my shoulder & foot pain. This is the first time I seek help in Eastern Medicine since all prior treatments with my orthopedic doctor and chiropractor had failed. Dr. Yang is extremely thorough and accommodating. She is an expert in acupuncture and Chinese Herbal medicine. After taking her special formulated herbs for my foot pain, my chronic plantar fasciitis condition was greatly improved! As to my Frozen Shoulder issue, amazingly, the excruciating pain is almost gone completely after just few visits with Dr. Yang! The combination of acupuncture, cupping and herbal medicine did the wonder! Prior to seeing Dr. Yang, I went through 2 months of physical therapies and TENS device but none of which eased my pain or improved my mobility. If you are suffering from any health issues & got nowhere with your doctors, you owe it to yourself to least give her a try. I would highly recommend Dr. Yang to all my friends and families.

Dr. Yang's passion and professionalism for the work she does is truly inspiring!
