I made an inquiry of this doctor, which was responded to quickly. She suggested a brief meeting but then I never heard another word—she just ignored all emails and calls. Unprofessional and uncaring.

Very kind and helpful on the phone. She did neuropsych testing, and 5 months later we're still waiting for the results. It now appears that she has "ghosted" us. There's a complete disconnect between what she confidently promises to do and wat she actually delivers.
