Dr Snively was so kind and willing to work with me. Did not rush at all (may be why she was running a few minutes late) but I’d rather wait an extra 15 minutes and have the special care.

This feedback is for the practice, not for Dr. Snively. I had scheduled an 8:50am appointment for my son several weeks in advance with a new doctor (Bhalani) in the practice. I had an email confirmation for the appointment.
We arrived at 8:45am and the receptionist told us my son's appointment had been cancelled. We were not informed ahead of time; she offered no explanation. There was no offer to find us an alternative time. Extremely unprofessional.
