Helpful, compassionate and efficient. Highly recommend her. Billing is done by a separate department so the previous review marking her down due to something that is out of her control is not fair.

Hypatia was very kind, compassionate and understanding. I felt very comfortable opening up to her. She offered good insight, insight and I felt listened to. Would highly recommend her.

I saw Hypatia once and was billed for a service she did not render. When I wrote to her through the health portal and asked if it was an error, she bluntly told me it was the "standard code" her office charges and told me to go through billing. She never responded to any of my replies afterward, and her billing department did nothing to assist. I got nothing out of the session and wound up paying over $600 for a service that wasn't rendered. Strongly recommend not seeing her.
