Apt was at 2, they told me to arrive by 1:45 to fill out paperwork. I got there at 1:40, filled out paperwork. Waited over an hour and half, saw PA Ian who barely spoke about my son’s injury. Never told me his finger was broken, didn’t do anything, said maybe antibiotics, maybe go back to the ER. Never went over the x ray reports with me from the night before hospital visit. Told me if I wanted to pick up antibiotics he would send them in & see how my son felt in the morning. Left it up to me, as if I was the professional. Left, got a text from the office to sign up for the patient portal. I go on, it lists my son’s finger as broken???? But the PA never told me that. Along with a plan of care that he never even mentioned. Immediately go up to CHOP to find out his growth plate and joint is broken & the injured finger was severely infected. will never go here again. the MA & PA had the worse bedside manner.

Receptive and understanding
The girls at the front desk are always so sweet and helpful. The nurse practitioner is thorough and professional. Dr. Gray is always listens to my issue areas and addresses them accordingly. He's quick and gentle when it comes to giving shots. And we're on the same page requiring my care. He's always so friendly and kind. He will truly take the time to hear his patients and there concerns.

Very pleasant and down to earth
I was late to my appointment, they still took me, I was very scared about getting a cortisone injection and he was so calming and patient with me. He reassured me that I'd be ok. Thank God, I took the shot, it truly relieved my pain.

Dr Gray Dr Gray
Ian was very helpful with my torn rotator cuff. I went in and could barely lift my arm. Ian gave 2 of the most painless instructions and I found relief. He’s is just short of a miracle worker. He gave me suggestions on what I could have done next if no relief. I will continue going to the Vineland office. It’s worth the wait.

The Best!
I have to call him “Dr 2 Shots”! He gave me Cortizone shots (one in each knee) and it was all over before I could even cry, faint, scream, yell, or put on my “I don't like needles show”! So I call him Dr 2 Shots, because he’s the Best at what he does! I didn’t get a lollipop, so I asked for knee-brace instead! Lol. I would Highly recommend him!

Truly one the best Doctors I know.
The staff there are always kind. The Assistants who work with the Doctor are on point and making sure of any changes in my medical history. Dr Ian Gray is supportive, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He listens, gives suggestions and almost always, a painless injection into the knee.

Expert Joint Injections & Knowledge
Ian Gray has injected my knee for years, until it had to be replaced. Yesterday he injected my shoulder (torn rotator cuff- which I’m not ready to replace). Ian does the least painful injections of any I’ve had over 15+ years. He will take the time to discuss future medical procedures, when injecting the joint no longer provides any pain relief.
