My poor husband tried to four, yes four months, to get an appointment with a specialist (Ian told him he needed to see). Ian would not order the needed referral and tests needed to see the said specialist. Ian dragged his feet and after more ignored phone messages than I can even write about he wanted to see my husband in the office again, because he said he could not give him a referral to a specialist because it had been too long since he has seen him last......He simply doesn't care!!!!
