Ian Nagle, PT

I had been to two different Physical Therapy “Factories” as I call them as they have half a dozen young people there who walk you over to do exercises then leave and go back to texting or to talk with their friends. The entire visit was one half hour. I never completed my therapy at either place because it was not working for me. Ian’s practice is his own and is “hands on.” It is just Ian and his assistant Kayley another professional. His workout for my back and legs consist of 8 or 9 different therapy’s that have stretching what needs to be worked and it is working!!! And his session lasts one and a half hours!!! Ian is a true professional dedicated to learning what’s needed to make you feeling better once again. I can’t wait to recommend him to someone!!!

I had an extremely painful frozen shoulder with zero mobility. The doctor had warned me that physical therapy was going to be torture so I was a little tentative but willing to do anything for relief. On my very first session with Ian my mobility had improved by over 70% and I had no pain during my visit. Ian really knows what he is doing. I had a total of 6 sessions and I did my homework in between. On my follow up visit the Orthopaedic doctor said that I was the fastest healing frozen shoulder he had ever seen! I give all the credit to Ian! He is experienced and professional and dedicated to helping others feel better and move better. I am back to normal and feeling great thanks to Ian!

Thank you all at Aberdeen Physical Therapy! I am grateful to have been able to be seen right away and feel so much relief after just 1 visit! It is such a friendly and clean environment with everyone making sure I was comfortable and felt better before I left. Ian is very knowledgeable and dedicated to help everyone that is there while being kind and patient to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office for any age and need for pain relief!

I can't say enough good things about Aberdeen PT and the entire staff. The entire staff PT team (Ian, Kayleigh, and Danielle) did an amazing job getting me walking again. When I started therapy in mid Dec 2018, I was walking with a lot of pain in my lower back and legs. I honestly could only walk about 100 yards at a time. By the time I "graduated" in late January, I could walk about 1.5 - 2 miles at a time. Some days now I can walk 6-8 miles in total.

Ian is my pt who is working with me right now along with his team. They are all wonderful who ever works on you. They are all very caring compassionate and supportive. They give you plenty of time and they are very knowledgeable. Myra who does your appts and billing and insurance approval works hard for you. They all work as a team to help you along in your recovery this is my second time back. My whole family has been through here and we refer many. I wouldn’t go any were else!!!
