A while back I took it upon myself to get help with my grief and depression. Half the time I got calls to reschedule appointments. Talking with her, I did not feel comfortable and often felt judged. This is a shame because it was hard for me to take the initiative to seek help. Fast forward 6 years later, I am ready to try therapy again.
