I was told what a wonderful ARNP this was. My doctor recommended her to me and for over a week I called and never ever received a call back. Instead someone else called me back to tell me that she was given my name by Illa Hilliard due to her not taking new patients. I am a human being not a number and it would have been nice if Illa Hilliard had called me to tell me that and ask if it was ok if she gave my name to someone else. She is VERY VERY unprofessional and I am very unhappy.
