Awful, gross experience. Place is not well kept or organized. Smells weird and bad. Bill was $40 over due to ‘extra’ tests that front desk told me I should have read her signage and known to refuse if I did not want them. They do not explain what they are doing or verbalize during or after the exam, doctor kept asking if I want glasses - no - then what do you want? I was very open in the appointment scheduling and forms that I was there for an exam. They do not clean equipment between patients. The front desk also acted as a technician, she mentioned they were short handed so who knows? She was wearing house shoes, whole place was unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone, ever.

Dr Ira Herman is the best optometrist around. He is very thorough and kind. He is extremely intelligent and is always right! I highly recommend him. I would never use anyone else!!

I love Dr Herman. He’s the only one who found out my son was color blind after all the school tests and years of glasses. He’s laid back and relaxed.

Filthy office and exam rooms. The doctor himself has some sort of gross skin condition all over. I didn't want him touching me, let alone examining my eyes, so I left.
