Better be careful
I could care less about how rude she was but the fact she wrote me the wrong prescription and luckily I seen another doctor be careful seeing her. Noone wants to see a doctor that is rude and incorrect.

Highly Recommended
Dr Katsaits is fantastic. She has a direct and dry sense of humor and I always look forward to visiting. Above all though, she's thorough and very professional. I highly recommend her.

Rude and condescending
Rude! The First time I met this doctor I assumed she was so rude because she was working by herself. When I got my contacts they didn’t quite seem right she had changed my prescription so I went back for a recheck and she was just as Rude the next time as she was the first time. I had been reluctant to purchase contacts because I wanted to make sure the prescription was correct and this doctor refused to give me a second pair of contacts. I suffer from ulcers on my eyeballs so clean contacts are so important and she could care less her response was and how is this my problem? You know a little empathy goes a long way. I would not recommend this doctor ever

Easy appts and great Dr
I have been going to her for years and she has helped me so much over the years. She fixed an initial contact lens strength issue and has helped find me the most comfortable contacts. Always easy to get appts as well.

She did have an attitude and was not very helpful. She rushed through the lens choices like it was an inconvenience for her to have to be there.

Dr. Katsaitis is awesome. All of these comments about her being rude are off: she isn’t rude, she’s a smartbutt and it’s amazing. She has a sense of humor and will sass her you if you waste her time. I actually look forward to yearly appointments because she’s funny and gets it right.

Dr. Katsitis asked about my preferred name several times. After explaining my preferred name, Dr. Katsaitis continued to call me by my dead name. I just find it odd that she spent several minutes asking about my preferred name. When I asked Dr. Katsaitis about it, I was met with a rude and huffy demeanor.

Dr. K has seen every member of my family. She is caring and considerate of our health and our budget. I love that she tells it like it is. She was very up front with my teenager about how important it was for her to have clean hands and protect her contacts from bacteria. She also spotted some retinopathy that my Type 1 diabetic husband had developed. The early intervention resulted in a complete turn around of the retinopathy. Highly recommend

Dr. Katsaitis was rude and did not help me at all. I went in to get contacts and the prescription didn't seem right. I went back to get it re checked. She was rude and claimed that the prescription was correct even though I couldn't see. By far the worst eye doctor I have ever seen in the 20 years I have been forced to wear glasses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
