Irene is a very knowledgeable and caring practitioner. Her instruction in the alignment and movement exercises was clear and friendly, and she took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and compassion. After I felt more open in my hips and shoulders and my yoga practice has improved as a result. One more note, Irene's office was impressively clean, well organized and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend Irene and her services.
