Irina Milgram has been my doctor for years. She is knowledgeable, attentive, smart and extremely kind. It was a long journey for me to find the right kind of dermatologist and after having found her and adding in an esthetician to the mix, all my skin issues have subsided! The other reviewers are definitely on the mark ! Dr. Milgram was very kurt and not very friendly. I have never felt so rushed and unimportant. My teenage daughter even said something. I know the more people you see, the more money you make, but that was ridiculous ! Felt like we were on an assembly line. 280.00 for 5-7 minutes. I will be definitely looking for a new Dr. for my daughter.

I rarely write reviews. Irina is very curt & cold. She does not take a thorough history, explain your diagnosis, potential causes, or prevention. I had to google her diagnosis to educate myself. She put me on a prescription cream that had a black label warning for cancer. However, its risks were never discussed with me. The cream made my rash significantly worse and turns out the diagnosis was wrong. When my skin culture came back, she called and seemed like she couldn't wait to hang up. Avoid!

One of the worst experiences ever. She was in a rush, not paying any attention, no giving information (keep saying "its normal" to everything) I am a cancer patient, I have a good share of doctors....her manners are the worse. Look for another doctor, she is not good.
