Dr. Mendez is a wonderful doctor. Unlike many, he actually listens and cares about his patients. He is the best doctor I ever had. He is empathetic, intelligent and a man of great faith. I am so sorry to see him go, but blessed are those that get to know him. I went from an A1C of 12-15 for years, with his help I am consistently at a 7. He saved my life and my vision. I will never forget him

Review of Israel Mendez, PA, and MedNorth
I've been a patient of Israel Mendez at MedNorth for about 2 years. Overall, my experience has been very positive. Here's a breakdown:Quality of Care:He spent more time with me than any other PCP I’ve seen. He asked a lot of questions during my initial appointment and truly listened. Each follow up had the same experience- Questions, listening and discussion. I felt like my health and wellbeing were his top priority with each interaction. After some prescription adjustments I am healthier than I have been in years.Communication:He is super easy to talk to and responds quickly via the portal.Staff Friendliness:Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.Facilities:This is a one-stop-shop for many healthcare needs. The on-site pharmacy is a great addition to the neighborhood.Wait Times:No more than 5-10 minutes.Overall Experience:I highly recommend MedNorth and Israel Mendez
