This doctor lies in your after summary and progress notes, he will say issues were addressed that were never even talked about, he will copy and paste to fill in the blanks he fell short of asking, he will retaliate if you report him and the clinic, supervisors included will try to cover their butt rather than resolving the issue being brought infront of them. Go anywhere else, do not go to ANY Salem health clinics

He doesn't listen to his patients. He doesn't follow up. He talks down to his patients and is more concerned with covering his own butt than helping them.
