I was matched with Ivana when I signed onto an online counseling source. I have not done online therapy before and worried it would be impersonal. I feel that she is a person that is able to zone into my needs and picked up that I was nervous and used humor to help calm me on visit 1. She has a kind nature to her. Her grounded personality and quick witt and soft humor made it easy to continue counseling because she doesn’t intimidate me. I’m not a talker, but my overthinking got overwhelming and I needed help. she is helping me turn that around. I am not looking for miracles, but I am feeling better and my life is feeling more restful.

Ivana is great. I really lucked out with her and haven’t been able to open up this much with a therapist. I like her style, the way she encourages me to trust myself, feels empowering. It gives me a lot of confidence.

Ivana is really nice! She listens and gives unconditional support without judgment. What I love about her is that she teaches me so much about life stages, how my brain works, teaches me skills and empowers me to trust myself. She taught me to be accountable to myself and to let myself off the hook for things I can’t cantrol. I’ve never had this kind of therapy or support. She’s funny and I look forward to seeing her. Highly recommend.
