Izabela Plucinska, CRNP

Incredibly condescending and rude. Does not provide adequate time or empathy for her patients. Instead of taking the time to properly address my concerns for the day, she spent the majority of my appointment bragging about her upcoming career promotion (Not once did I ask about her personal life). Displayed no positive morality or enthusiasm for the job, let alone outward, active concern for patients seeking help. Answered my questions with a brief rudeness that left me in genuine shock and surprise. I felt, along with several others, viewed as an afterthought by this person. I’d recommend staying away from this physician if you want to be genuinely listened to or actually have your needs attended, instead of having to listen to the general complaints and dissatisfaction of your doctor regarding the industry she actively works in. Shame on any office for employing and entrusting someone with such curtness to dictate the medical outcomes of patients lives for as long as she has.

Unfortunately, I agree with the low reviews. Izabela is condescending and lacks basic empathy. It seems as though she is dissatisfied with the overall office and how they squish appointments together, but she takes this out on the patients. I left the office feeling dejected, sad, and not helped. I wouldn't suggest anyone see her since I wouldn't want anyone feeling the way I did.

I have seen Izabella for years. She is great with follow-up. Unfortunately, the UMMS system does a disservice to MPCP practitioners by curtailing the time spent with patients. (I go to other UMMS practices besides this one). She has always been friendly and professional. I will continue to use her as my professional of choice as long as she chooses to practice. I am very pleased with my treatment by Isabella and the Arnold MPCP.

Condescending & rude. She doesn’t have time for you, the patient. At the beginning of my visit I explained to the nurse my reasons for coming in, there we’re 3 things I wanted to discuss. After discussing 2 of them, Izabela M. Plucinska, CRNP closed her computer and started to wrap things up. I said “one more thing” & she literally did a deep exhale and rolled her eyes. I was in shock. She then explained to me that when she enters the room I need to let her know all of my concerns (lol ok because that seems like a natural way to engage with my physician) I explained to her that I did tell the intake nurse I had 3 things I wanted to discuss. Long story short, I will never be back to this office and I certainly would never recommend Izabela M. Plucinska, CRNP. Find yourself a CRNP who takes their time, isn’t condescending, & won’t rush you out of the room.

Very caring provider! She goes above and beyond.

I'm sure she's a good practitioner, but I felt that she was condescending. Maybe a bit too matter of fact for me.

She is awful absolutely awful. She is rude and misdiagnoses and rushes you out of the room half the time changing to a better doctor finally.

I have been seeing Izabela for all of my check-ups for years. She is always very thoughtful, thorough, and accurate about her diagnosis. I have not seen the need to see the doctor, because she already is so capable. She really cares about her patients and remembers details from my other visits. She is very honest, so don't expect things to be sugar coated, but she is very knowledgeable and experienced. I always know I am in good hands with her.

Condescending, abrupt, and confrontational. No bedside manner.
