I was referred to Bauza Neuropsych by my doctor and was seen by Jacinta. I wanted to be assessed for ADHD and or autism. It’s hard for me to come up with answers right on the spot so I was already struggling with this appointment. When I asked what the Tova testing is and was told it was basically a computer game, I expressed I thought that was weird. Apparently I had been shrugging my shoulders when I had to repeat myself to her multiple times, and she thought I was being rude and told me as much. I apologized and said I didn’t want to upset her, but she just wanted to go on about me being rude for shrugging my shoulders and thinking a computer test is weird. Also wants to prescribe anti-depressants before even actually getting an ADHD eval done which is unprofessional and can even be dangerous for some. I’d stay clear of this woman.

I saw Jacinta for a year. She was rude and unprofessional. If I complained of any side effects from medication she would get annoyed. Her lack of compassion was upsetting. The wait room was extremely tiny and hot causing me more anxiety.

Awful, just awful. Rude, uncaring, unprofessional.

I have been seeing Jacinta for a few months now! I just moved here from NY and the stress of finding a doctor can be tough! Jacinta took me in right away! Her staff is professional and kind. Jacinta is patient and works with you on what’s best for you. She has listened to some of my concerns and adjusted my medicine appropriately. I am grateful for finding an honest, professional, and caring doctor.

She is in the wrong field. She is judgemental, without knowing facts and does not even care about facts even. Just sits there clicking her computer keyboard while shaking her head and does not even ask the right questions. Comes up with her own conclusions. Ya know like those people who should not be in mental health? BTW, this office does not do the testing for ADD/ADHD you must be tested somewhere else or bring in prior testing if had it done. Weird that it's not done there.

Unprofessional, argumentative and caused me chest pain and anxiety which is what I was there for. She claimed she was giving me a prescription for Zoloft, which she did not, and reluctantly gave me a short 2 week prescription for clonazepam which she claimed was too addictive to prescribe but gave me the prescription anyways, which made zero sense. Please avoid and find a competent and sympathetic practitioner who will actually listen and help.
