Mr. Beckwith spent nearly 3 hours evaluating my hearing and determining my hearing needs. He then provided me with the recommended aids and demonstrated music, voice and direction changes, while I wore the "sample" hearing aids. I couldn't wait to receive my own aids. I have had them for a few days now, and they are fabulous. I don't want to take them out at night!
