I took my son to see Jackie. The nutritionist didn’t write down that whole milk formula was given as an option. Jackie proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t giving my son what he needs, he needed to be on toddler formula, and gave me samples of Pedisure. Jackie asked me why I thought my son was so little and then proceeded to discredit my opinions. Instead of being helpful and providing information she told me everything I was doing wrong. Which is apparently listening to the nutritionist. She also asked me why tests hadn’t been done, even though my husband and I had no record of them being ordered or scheduled. They scheduled the needed tests without asking me what my schedule was, then told me the wrong day. They wrote down the correct day, but I had requested what was said and took the wrong day off of work. Tests had to be rescheduled and extra days of work had to be taken off. • Poor bedside manner • Dismissive of parents’ opinions • Poor Time management • Lack of communication

She is very rude and impersonal. I don't know if her nose could go more into the air. On top of that I feel she is just guessing at what is causing problems (experimenting) because she does not know what the problem is. I would never recommend this lady to anyone.
