Dr Garlich is super nice and takes time with you and helps out with any concerns.
The secretary at the front desk unfortunately is so rude and snippy we may not return due to her. The rest of the staff is very nice, would love to stay with Dr Garlich, but Deb makes it a dreadful experience. Too bad when the front line isn't as nice as the MD

This was my first visit with this practice and with Dr. Garlich. It was easily the best experience with an eye care establishment that I have ever had in over 20 years of wearing glasses/contacts. The staff were courteous, respectful and genuine in their concern. The office was clean and comfortable. Above all, Dr. Garlich was wonderful. She was easy going, confident and attentive. She was quick and efficient with the exam but never made me feel as though she was rushing. Exceptional service.

Dr. Garlich and her staff were amazingly thorough. From start to finish, they listened and were thoughtful. She gave me all my options and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She will be my eye doctor for life!

Dr. Garlich is very warm, kind, and personable, and she is highly knowledgeable in her field. I look forward to each time I have an eye check-up exam because I know that I am getting excellent care for my eyes and my health. I trust Dr. Garlich and the Ophthalmology Associates staff very much and I appreciate their helpfulness with getting my glasses and contacts, too. Also thank you to Sharon (PA/RN?) and Lynda with eyeglasses fitting in the New Berlin office too.

Excellent experience!
Friendly, helpful staff made my appointment enjoyable and fun! Dr Garlich is a great Dr. she is confident and knows her specialty. She took the time to educate me on procedures available and answered my questions in a through manner. I highly recommend Dr Garlich for your eye care needs and her staff will make you feel welcome!

I had a very nice experience with Dr. Garlich and her staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and HONEST! They let me know what all my options were in purchasing new glasses and did not try to sell me the works. Dr. Garlich was wonderful, listened to my questions, gave me lots of information that helped me understand my options. I highly recommend this Dr & office!!
