Bad Bed side Manner
Went to ER by ambulance with chest pain. She assigned herself to me and never came in my room. Layer there in pain till I hit the call button. When she came in was rude with a bad attitude. I went in at 5 in the morning and ER was not busy. She told me the ER was not to diagnose but for emergencies. Finally after I complained the nurse came in and made me comfortable and tests were started. The doctor came in with my results and was compassionate and caring. This woman should not be in the ER or alone in her position!
