I wouldn't know how my experience with Jacob Coffey might have been. I never got past the waiting room's reception window. Two receptionists were at the window, neither would look at me or wait on me. There was no sign telling me to yell or wave my arms to get attention. I finally asked someone in the waiting room if I was invisible. They said, "no." After waiting around the reception widow over 10 minutes and being ignored, I left. I drove out of lot at 10:15. Upsetting experience!
