Dr. Jacob Forsythe, DPT

I am a runner and had a hip injury after having my third baby. I was sidelined from running for almost a year, which I hated. I worked with Jacob for several months and he was great! He analyzed my run on the treadmill, showed me PT exercises to do at home which progressed each time I was with him, and showed me strength exercises in the Y weight room to also support my recovery. He also did dry needling and massage therapy. I was hesitant at first about the dry needling, but it truly helped. I got better over time and was able to run my first half marathon in two years several months after I stopped working with him (and got a PR!). Jacob is super kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. I was even able to leave my daughter at the YMCA child watch during my appointments (although you may have to be a Y member to do this). would highly recommend Jacob to anyone struggling with a sports-related injury!

Jacob is one of the best for anyone that is wanting a well researched approach to healthcare. Simple effective treatments for all sorts of complex problems.

Terrible makeshift facility. Terrible expertise. He will over bill you and do minimal work. They don't even have the required tools and equipment for a PT office. I would avoid at all costs. He was confused during the entire session, he didn't know what to do and advised me to do leg squats. That's all for a $500 bill.
