Excellent explanation of my situation. Presented options and her recommendation but never made me feel like I wasn't in charge of the decision. Stayed with me until I digested the information to answer questions.

Saw her for an injury. She seemed nice at first. Had to contact again to help with pain management and she was no help. She was very sarcastic and told me to go to my primary for pain management. She didn't even know what medication she had previously prescribed for me. During my visit there was an employee's child running through the halls. Was afraid the child would have knocked me down. When I was dressing the child opened the door to my exam room. Very unprofessional.
