BEST EXPERIENCE
This was an amazing experience, Ms. Cagney is very professional. I like how she started my session and how she listen to me. The most important thing was how she guided me to overcome my situation. I can say after so many years of searching for a very good and I will say best counselor I can finally say that I found it. I end my session with a lot of positives thought and good recommendations, can't wait to meet her again on my upcoming session.

Not what I expected
I was a bit disappointed with my visits. I don’t have a lot of experience with therapy, but I assumed she would have asked me about myself before we got into why I was there. I even brought up how the death of a family member devastated me, and she brushed right past it and continued with something else. I called her because of all the 5 star reviews, but I didn’t find her to be a good fit for me!

Jackie is an excellent listener and always provides sound, constructive guidance. Unfortunately, her receptionist/scheduler is very difficult and almost scolding when i just try to schedule an appointment. So much so, I dread making the call. Otherwise, Jackie is the best.
