Great ongoing experience w pre teen
Telehealth
Dr. Jackie has been seeing my two kids for several years. Our experience has been great. Dr. Jackie is very knowledgeable and experienced, her communication style is open, compassionate and she creates a safe space for everyone to ask questions (we always have some). My family and kids have a history of rarer health conditions, school IEP and Dr. Jackie has been very helpful and understanding of our unique needs and concerns. If she doesn’t know something, she will let me know and does her research. The fact that my pre teen boy and teen girl feel safe and comfortable around this provider, speaks volumes to her patient care and style of practice. I highly recommend-especially if you have a family history and or kids with unique health needs, Dr. Jackie will listen and believe you-sadly something that can be a challenge when dealing with rarer, genetic conditions.
