I had a reaction to the shampoo she prescribed and called back a week later. Her nurse stated that they would talk to her and call me back. I have yet to hear back from anyone. So I am looking for a new dermatologist in town. I would not recommend to family or friends. My condition is worse after going there!!

Was told more than once how busy they are. I had a melanoma. Had to go twice to get my biopsy because the first day the were way too busy to take care of me. The day after biopsy my stitches all popped and came out at work. I called to speak to Kokomo office, but again I was told they were probably too busy to answer the phone. I feel I deserve someone who is not too busy to take care of me. I won’t be back.

My 10 year old son was seen for some growths on his feet. Her medical knowledge on how to treat the issue was appropriate. She also interacted well with me, the parent.
My concern is how she was in a hurry (over 45 minutes behind schedule), and rushed in without taking the time to properly address my son or explain to him the procedure. She "froze" off the growths, which was a quite painful procedure. He left crying. I feel a slower, calmer, approach would have really helped the situation.

I had an appointment for a screening and to have a spot looked at. The NP came into the room bringing with her a liquid nitrogen sprayer. When she did the screening she noticed a small tag on my back. She recommended having it removed. This took a maximum of 10 seconds and cost me $214 (after insurance). What upsets me about this is that she came in carrying the sprayer without ever having looked at my skin. Seems like a quick and easy way for them to make money.
