Dr. Jackie, will encourage you to call or text anytime, but will not return your call or text. She does not build relationships with her patients. This was my family first time dealing with this kind of crisis and we received little empathy from Dr. Jackie. It's sad when you already feel alone and you get a provider who does not appear to care. I reached out to Dr. Jackie to stress my concerns and to see about scheduling an appointment to get my child's medication. She told me 'If you feel for any reasons you are not getting the proper care to find another provider. There were other concerns with this provider as well.
