She is attentive, compassionate and full of resources. She can sense when sometimes I just need to cry and sometimes I need to be pushed with some homework (listening to a podcast, trying out a new skill with a difficult family member). In 25 years of going to therapy she is getting me on some next-level stuff. EMDR has also been super helpful and she is very skilled at engaging me in person and virtually during COVID.

I was so worried sending my daughter to a counselor but once I met Jamie I was at total peace and knew I made the right decision. My daughter really connected with her and she was a good support for me to. I honestly am so grateful I found her and took the chance of going to her, she helped us through a very difficult time.
