Dr Boone showed compassion and true concern.

I went with my son to see Dr Boone, PHD and out of numerous other doctors too many to count this doctor is a 10. He is compassionate, very educated and through. I don't blame Dr Boone's office for wanting payment upfront because some of the insurance carriers deny delay etc etc paying for excellent medical care and that's wrong.

Agree with the above reviews. Dr. Boone was very easy to talk to and very efficient in his neuropsychiatric evaluation. His office staff was also very helpful and efficient. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Wow. I used to see Dr. Boone for counseling 16 years ago and he was always very caring and compassionate. He helped me through countless issues that I cannot begin to thank him remember and use his old advice. Sadly, I contacted his office today telling her that I needed an updated neuropsychiatric evaluation since the one was administered by a different provider in 2016. That was his area of expertise. I have insurance through Blue Cross AK, not FL coverage through a major retailer that pays claims within days, but I was told by his office that I would have to pay upfront in full for any costs for testing and then submit to get reimbursed. Today providers are more concerned about the patient having insurance and getting paid than they are about the patient's health and wellbeing. Whatever happened to the Hippocratic Oath "to treat the ill to the best of one's ability"...they need to now add to that...right after the doctor gets paid." How very sad.
