I've been using Dr. Herrin for years and highly recommend his services. He is very caring. He listens carefully and addresses my concerns thoroughly. On numerous occasions, he has gone above and beyond my expectations.

Randy is easy to understand and explains things well. He is very thorough and helpful showing ideas for treatments (stretches, exercises, etc.) The nurses and assistants are all very friendly and helpful also! They work with you on making appointments. I definitely recommend Randy for care.

My ailment required an X-ray prior to seeing P/A Herrin. After that was performed I was taken back to the exam room in which I had originally been taken for nurse to get current info. P/A Herrin then entered, and said, “Hi, I’m Randy Herrin.”, shook the hand I had extended (maybe, he wasn’t supposed to shake hands under COVID protocols, but, he graciously did. He asked why I was there, listened carefully, asked detailed questions, and then, more questions. He then said the X-Ray showed no fractures, but had he stand and performed exams along my spine, and had me bend forward and backward, then sit and checked reflexes and strength in both legs. He was extremely thorough, but maintained pleasant conversation throughout. (Later, when I read the X-Ray result posted to me on MyChart, I saw the reasons for the exams he performed. I am very impressed with P/A ‘Randy’ Herrin.. obviously well- trained, very thorough and very personable. I highly recommend him.

James Herrin is great, he has always been able to help us with our ortho needs and is professional and friendly.

James was very thorough, not rushed at all. Listened to all my crazy questions and never made me feel like the clock was ticking. He even reviewed my labs from previous doctors visits and saw something that no one ever mentioned. Thanks to him going above and beyond i may have been able to head off a problem i never knew was there. I would definitely recommend James.
