Jim Mike lacks bedside manner & critical thinking skills. He blindly followed an errant PT Rx even though I kept telling him that it must be a mistake. When my doc realized his error & sent the right script, Jim Mike BLEW UP MY PHONE for 2 hrs to tell me to disregard his original exercises. When he couldn't get a hold of me in the 1st 20 minutes, he called my emergency contact, revealed my confidential medical info w/o my permission, & scared the daylights out of him. Illegal & unprofessional!
