Didn’t listen and lied
Went in for feeling of blurry vision and irritation noted in my eye. The doctor specifically said I didn’t have a scratch or anything wrong with my eye. A $600 bill later, and a second opinion from a different doctor only to find a foreign body in the same eye. When questioned, the managers said he never documented anything about the irritation! That was the whole reason I went in! Just because it’s not documented, doesn’t mean he didn’t discuss it with me. To top things off, the manager was less than helpful! Maybe listen to the patients!!! Do yourself a favor and DON’T trust this guy or Madison Medical with your vision!

In 2016 Dr. Ivanoski moved to Lakeshore Eye Care Professionals with offices in Saukville and Mequon. I've been seeing him for around 20 years, so I followed him. He's great. My only complaint is with his insurance coordinator. She forgot to give me my insurance card, and it would be around an hour round-trip to pick it up. I asked her to mail it to me, and I don't have it, days later. Hoping I get it in time for another appointment next week. MAKE A COPY OF IT AND GIVE IT BACK!

I would recommend Dr. Ivanoski in a heart beat. He was my eye doctor in West Bend for over 20 years. I was sad to learn that he left West bend. He is the best! Jerry Dawson

Dr. Ivanoski is kind, professional and thorough. He makes recommendations for any eye issues and allows patient to make an informed decision. I'm only sorry he left the location he worked at for many years to advance his practice elsewhere.
