Dismissive and rude

Also chiming in to confirm this PA is rude and has a shockingly bad bedside manner. Right off the bat, he was dismissive of my concern and rudely said he didn’t see anything wrong. When he looked closer and realized there was indeed something wrong, his attitude improved just a smidge. It’s understandable, we all have bad days, but lo and behold when I googled him there were already two corroborating reviews regarding his attitude and bedside manner. I can only imagine how many other patients he’s dismissed when they come in with concerns. As a patient, I should be able to feel safe and comfortable expressing my concerns, not on the defense like I’m wasting your time. Do better.

Unprofessional with bad manners

Wanted to chime in to confirm other review wasn’t a fluke. This PA is bad. Specifically, demeanor, no bedside manner and overall poor attitude.

Unprofessional treatment

What stood out in this visit was the overall demeanor of this PA. More specifically, there was no bedside manner. Their treatment was rough handed and not compassionate. I am surprised this person is in the medical field and they seemed unhappy to be there. Maybe they were having an off day but it seemed to be others in the office noticed the poor attitude.
