I found James to an arrogant and, a lazy P.A. According to Adventist Health website, he has been with Adventist Health for 20 years, nobody aspires to be the assistant. Has anyone ever heard someone say "when I grow up I want to be a Physicians Assistant?" He hated being questioned. When I did he always became upset. Always made mistakes on important paperwork. He obviously hated that aspect of being an assistant. Stupid mistakes on your most important documents, never had them ready when they promised. Making mistakes, and being sloppy with the easy tasks is one thing, what about your care? Couldn't trust him, He always over promised and under delivered. I was billed by MD's he assists. Never saw a real MD. Billed for an MD, got seen by the assistant. Nice scam. Go somewhere else. Unless you enjoy ineptitude, and excuses. He and his staff are the best there is when it comes to that and whining. He doesn't care about "the things that really matter". Like your health and well being.

i really like the way he handles my overal care. he treats me as a patient not ashe is on a timer and has to be rushed thru
