James Piotrowski

My wife and I thought James Piotowski was one of the best Doctors we had seen regarding my severe back issues! He spent quite a bit of time talking, asking pertinent questions and listening to our feedback. We never felt rushed and thought his demeanor was friendly and competent. He explained in detail, but very understandable, the options available before any surgical Intervention would be considered. We both would highly recommend him, and experienced none of the issues mentioned in the other comments. He’s a 5 star in both of our opinions and would recommend him.

My appointment with James Piotrowski was the absolute WORST medical appointment I’ve ever had. His bedside manner is shockingly bad. He was aggressively rude, angry, dismissive, condescending, bullying, and even inexplicably mocking and accusatory, and he failed to answer my questions in a clear and helpful manner. I have constant chronic and debilitating pain in the neck, shoulders, upper back, and lower back, and I was referred to this office for help with my spinal pain. James repeatedly asked the same questions over and over in a highly demanding and angry way, and he provided little insight into my situation based on his very cursory and dismissive review of my MRI results. I left the office very rattled, upset, and demoralized. My advice is to AVOID seeing James at all costs!

Condescending describes James perfectly. He was rude, not present, and his bed-side manner was the worst of any doctor's office I've been in. James scoffed had a prior surgery I had (which had little to do with my visit) and repeatedly ask the same questions over and over from lack of attentiveness. Sad that such a good neurosurgeon has such rude PA.

No bedside manner, very condescending and dismissive of your concerns/complaints
