Dr. Powers examined my eyes prior to my laser and cataract surgery, as well as during the recovery process. He conducted multiple eye tests over several days to ensure enough data to maximize the possibility of a successful outcome. He explained the procedure clearly and answered all of my questions. The surgery in April 2021 went well and I am very pleased with my vision. I highly recommend Capital Eye Consultants and the PanOptix trifocal lens, as well as the Fairfax Surgical Center.

Dr. Powers was extremely thorough, reviewing all of the test results. At no time did I feel he was rushing to complete the exam. Completely satisfied with the consultation.

I took my mom to Dr. Baldinger for cataract surgery on her both eyes. My mom had an amazing experience. We saw Dr Powers every time in the office. Dr. Powers is wonderful, funny, makes patients feel less nervous and comfortable. He is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend, Dr. Baldinger and Dr. Powers, They both have wonderful bedside manner, Thank you both
