I scheduled an appointment to see
James Syvrud at his Garland location at 11am. I called 2 hours before the appointment to confirm everything and get the actual address. I arrived 10 mins before 11 and waited about 50 mins only for them to tell me he wasn't in the office. I then called and spoke with the lady who scheduled the appt I believe her name was Kayla. She told me that he was in the office at their Carrolton location. So I told her I'd drive to Carrolton but he wouldn't wait 30mins.
