Very unpleasant and unreasonable.
This is an honest account of my personal experience. I was late for an appt but called to let them know I was going to be late. JW was standing at the reception window they asked if he wanted to take me. He said yes. Had to use the bathroom when I came back he went into a long tirade saying I screwed up his break schedule. How I had signed a notice about being late. I said ok but I had called. That only angered him more. He said then you had to use the bathroom. I had been in traffic for 2 hours after visiting my dying aunt in Crystal Lake. When he did treat me he hurt me and I went home in more pain than when I came in with.
