Warning!!!! This man is a "hired gun" for Arizona's workman's comp cases as an independent medical examiner. This is who they ALWAYS use fore psych testing when trying to get out of a claim. This man cares nothing about his medical oath or your true problems. he is hired to dispute and disprove all other findings by all other doctors in order to reduce compensation payments and limit cost of treatment that workerman's comp should have to pay for. His goal is not to help or report honestly but to line his pockets with the money he is paid by the state for shooting another claim down. This is not a good man and as a doctor he is dangerous.

Bias for Work Comp provider, can not prescribe any meds, thus cant really treat, writes false and baseless opinions without any qualification / support to only benefit the insurance company that hired him, leaving WC patient to only retain an attorney. If you do see him ( IME ) make sure you take a witness and tape record everything. I did and this guy isnt liking it well now since the tape recording doesnt match what he wrote . And in Arizona, you dont even have to tell him your recording him. Totally legal. Protect your self first !!!!!
