Excellent Audiologist
Dr. Jamie Falcone is an excellent audiologist. She is efficient, extremely knowledgeable and is wonderful with patients. Dr. Falcone explained the hearing exam very well. She also explained why I needed a certain type of hearing aid in terms easy to understand. Dr. Falcone gave me a great tutorial on how to use my hearing aids including Bluetooth pairing with my iPhone. She is professional, kind and very positive.
