My 9 yr old boy had a neuropsych evaluation test done. It took 8 months to get the results for my son, and that delay caused some delays to my son getting further treatment that may have helped him before the unthinkable happened. He would not return phone calls (5 phone calls) and 3 emails. No office workers to handle phone calls.
