Dismissive, Uninterested
I didn't feel listened to at all, and the post-visit notes confirmed that my concerns were not heard. I have a medical condition that was diagnosed 10+ years ago and seemed to be acting up, and she did zero investigation, no labs, no imaging. I felt belittled and dismissed.

I? would have given a zero however that was not an option! I? did not have a good experience. This provider had terrible bedside manner. She failed to run proper tests on me. I? asked her if she had performed a specific procedure on me to which she initially said she had not I? went on to ask her 2 more times as I? did not find her credible, she then went on to admit she had performed the procedure. Shady character to say he least.
