He was always freakin phenomenal! Really knowledgeable and friendly.

I was, not by choice, his last patient of the day. He clearly was behind and was in an extremely bad mood. I had an appointment a week earlier and failed to notify me when he caught covid so I showed up to a nonexistent appointment. I had told the initial nurse my reason for coming in wasn't as bad as before. Jamie comes in the door and the first thing he says is, so X was bothering you and now it doesn't. Why are you here" I rebuffed him and said it hasn't gone away and I had another concern I would like to address. He then just popped off "I've had to deal with people like you all day". I didn't even say anything I was befuddled. He then plopped down lounged back and never looked at me and said "so what do you want". I then said I want a new appointment and a new doctor. Guy hits back with an "awesome" and just bolted out of the room. I cannot stress that nothing that occured was omitted in this text. Im posting anonymously and gain nothing by sugarcoating the facts. He is the worst
